Tamko Dimensional Roof Replacement with Skylights

Removed old roofing & installed a Tamko Dimensional roof on most of the house. Installed four new velux fixed skylights. Two new Pro-3 roof fans. There was an approximate 15ft x 15ft flat roof on the house not visible from the ground. This had to be changed to a " Low-sloped" roof so we could install a glue down rubber roof & Guarantee against future leaks. New rafters/plywood was installed. Then a full coat of ice & water shield before the final glue down roof.
