Remove Terra Cotta Tiles and Install Tamko 30 Year Dimensional Roof (Tear-off)

This particular house had orange flat terra cotta tiles which were constantly leaking. After a few years of my company repairing these tiles with new leaks appearing in other locations, the homeowner opted to tear off this roof and install a 30 year Tamko dimensional roof.
