Yankee "Built in" Gutters & Roof Repair

This house still had the original Yankee "Built in" gutters. These are always a problem causing leaks. You can see how we removed the old "BOX," installed new 2x6 sister rafters, 3/4 inch CDX decking and 1x6 pine fascia. Then we covered it all with white aluminum to BLEND in the look of old with new. It took some time to find old used aluminum siding to match better with their old siding. Most companies would just have used new siding & it would never match shiny clean new next to old dull dirty. Last we installed modern .032 aluminum gutters and leaders screwed into the new plum fascia's.
