This house on the historical register in Cranberry,NJ needed a lot of work. We tore off the roof. Replaced rotted plywood. Fixed carpentry mistakes left there by the last contractors. Installed two new roof fans/six roof vents. Installed Karnak 220 emulsion over the existing copper built in gutters & on the 1st floor low sloped roofs.
